A few months ago (back—as you can see—when my hair was longer) I got this sudden urge to make a big cookie. Yes. And I mean like a really big cookie! At which point I searched for some recipes and found this: Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Skillet Recipe. I’d been thinking of something a bit different originally, but was sure this would satisfy my random need for large cookie-ness.

After consulting with Mom she said all I had to do was change a few things so that it could be baked in a pan/dish (note it’s red cute-ness, please!!) instead of a skillet. All in all it turned out well as we all enjoyed it very much! It was particularly good with milk poured over it in a bowl, hehehe.

I tweeted as things progressed, and made promises to post pictures… which I never did! Tsk, tsk. But here there are, finally - enjoy! And tell me, what have you been baking and/or cookie these days? Any recipes to share?
